It's important to us that Brooklyn Behavioral Therapy is an environment where therapists feel valued and are compensated fairly for their work. There are a few ways we try to address this.

 

We provide benefits and paid time off to ensure that our employees are able to care for themselves as diligently as they care for our clients.

 

We provide profit-sharing bonuses so our clinicians see the benefit from their hard work. 

 

We have a policy of open communication within our practice. Clinicians are encouraged to discuss concerns with management and management is open to hearing feedback.
